Dimitri’s restaurant was established in 1928. Its destiny is tied to the city of Ouarzarate. As such, it is now nicknamed Al cantina Dimitri. tangia Beef
“Beef Tanjia,” also known as “Tangia” or “Tanjia,” is a traditional Moroccan dish that originated in Marrakech. It is a slow-cooked stew made with beef, seasoned with a variety of aromatic spices, and cooked using a distinctive method. The dish is named after the special pot in which it is traditionally prepared, also called “tanjia.”
Pastilla
The pastilla is a delicious traditional Moroccan dish, often prepared with chicken or pigeons. Here is a recipe for chicken pastilla. If you prefer to use pigeons, you can substitute them for the chicken.
